1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and kiss9 ("kiss9," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://kiss9.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

Use of the kiss9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kiss9 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in accordance with international responsible gaming standards. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must act in your own name and on your own behalf at all times.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of kiss9 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from kiss9 or any other platform operated by its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the kiss9 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. kiss9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep this information current throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. kiss9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify kiss9 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification

kiss9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with industry anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time that kiss9 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kiss9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kiss9 does not accept deposits via methods not explicitly listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. kiss9 reserves the right to update minimum transaction thresholds at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any pending verification requirements. kiss9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Transaction Fees

kiss9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. You should be aware that your payment provider may impose their own fees or transaction limits, which are outside of kiss9's control and responsibility.

4.5 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You must only deposit funds that are legally owned by you and that originate from legitimate, lawful sources. Deposits funded by credit cards issued in another person's name, or through other fraudulent means, are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kiss9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within their validity period will expire automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kiss9 actively monitors bonus usage. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will have all bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited. kiss9 reserves the right to close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

5.4 Kiss9's Discretion

kiss9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a Player has opted in, where kiss9 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or where technical errors have affected the promotion. In such circumstances, kiss9 will endeavour to notify affected Players.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the kiss9 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, which are published within the game interface or sportsbook section. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kiss9 does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game round or sportsbook event, the outcome of incomplete rounds will be determined in accordance with kiss9's technical failure policy, which is summarised in the Platform's FAQ section.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• kiss9 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, where a technical malfunction resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed, or where a wager was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• Maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. kiss9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiss9 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format available on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with kiss9 support staff or other Players.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without kiss9's prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, game mechanics, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of kiss9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; create derivative works; reverse-engineer any software; or use any kiss9 intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss9 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any loss arising from reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

kiss9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kiss9 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Responsible Gaming

kiss9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling. All Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify Players when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, during which the Player cannot access gaming functions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may contact kiss9 support to initiate a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

12. Termination & Suspension

kiss9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• kiss9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• The Player has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Continuation of the account would expose kiss9 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account termination for cause, kiss9 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals or bonus balances pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact kiss9's customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with kiss9's support team, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. kiss9 will respond to all formally submitted disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in the appropriate courts where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
